It’s Simple…

• Every House Corporation fundraiser will have a tie into contributions that go directly toward the mortgage. Future golf tournaments will include new packages with BEAT THE CLOCK options. GO FUND ME campaigns will focus on the mortgage payoff.

• We are asking for an additional 100 brothers to contribute just $500 each. No payments, just a one-time contribution.

• As a way of saying thank you. We are offering a beautiful hoodie (image below), exclusively for only those brothers that contribute $500 or more to the mortgage reduction program. The cost of the hoodie is an additional $50. So, if you would like a hoodie, please contribute a total of $550, with $500 going directly to the mortgage and $50 to help offset the cost of the hoodie.

• As a special thank you for those brothers who committed to the $1200/SMACKDOWN program the hoodie will be mailed to you for free, just send me an email with your information.

• In addition, once the mortgage is paid off in 2026 (or earlier if we can exceed $50K) a BRONZE PLAQUE will be installed in the house recognizing every single brother that contributed $500 or more to the mortgage.

• Make sure to add name, address, size (S to 5XL), and Color (White, Black, Gold, Red, Orange, Charcoal, Royal Blue, Classic Navy, Kelly Green) during the checkout process, or email this information to Dan Wolfslayer after checkout.

The House Corporation would like to stress that every dime donated to SMACKDOWN and BEAT THE CLOCK is used for one purpose only – to pay off the mortgage early! Nothing else! These initiatives are extra efforts designed for our alumni to go beyond normal Housing Corporation operation funds. Remember, when you donate over $500, include an extra $50 receive a hoodie!
